Made meatballs and couscous for dinner!

Well it was the first time I make them, so you can imagine the funny shape they had,, well like oval, but they tasted good, well according to my family hahaha. I couldn't taste the mince because I eat fish and soya only. I did taste the ones made from soya though #thumbs up.

Ingredients

Mince
Egg (one)
Breadcrumbs and/ or oats
Garlic
Pepper ( white and black ground pepper)
Salt
 Green pepper

Just simply mix all the ingredients in a large bowl besides the mince or the mixture of meat you will be using.
Make sure it is not wet but put together
Thereafter add the mince into the mix and make sure it looks like this:

To ensure it has a great shape you must be able to roll into a ball like dough, so it looks like this,, as you can see my mix was a little too wet but it worked, sort of.
These are made from soya--- so you blend for maximum 5 second in the blender.

These are the beef mince ones

Then fry in a pan just to make sure they are brown

Then the traditional way is for you to just brown them remove them and place in a sauce, like the famous spaghetti tomato sauce.

To make the sauce you just simple fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a pot. Allow that to fry for some time.

Then grate a carrot and shortly add a tin of tomato and basil (combined in the tin)
Then add tomato paste

(The taste of the sauce must have a sour but spicy taste)

I also make a large cup of cream of tomato powder with hot water, mix it together then pour to make the sauce more.

Then add spices for more taste.

Allow it to boil with the meatballs for approximately 40 minutes so that they become fully cooked inside.

 DONE!
