Last year the hype of destroyed jean went buck! I thought this year it was going to slow down, but nope. If anything people are more spontaneous with their denims. I'm sure someone was trying to thread their jeans and made a mistake, so they decided to tear them and made messy and bigger openings,, and they were like hey, this actually looks amazing! So there we are, hahahaha. I love it, I personally love the scruffy look, to the point where I bleached two of my tops and cut them up last year and pimped my denim jacket, and also my baseball cap. Rags to riches baybay, we basically recycling and can wear affordable items. I say design your own and stop stressing! no pun intended.

High waisted  distressed jeans are more of the new trend along with the high waisted shorts and dungaree.

 

 

 

 

Kanye West is that one gentleman who knows how to rock distressed jeans, he is one of the few men who can pull it off!

 

Thanks to Kim, it seems like the trend of adding bling on or chain pieces will be spreading like fire, if it hasn't already.

I think she's the most spoken about when it comes to the Grammy's, from her revealing outfit from the live performance of "drunk in love" to her stunning figure- hugging lace maxi dressed. well for me the performance outfit was too revealing but when does Beyoncé ever dress when she is on stage??? Exactly any who her lace dress was sexy. Katy Perry outdid herself too, I love her style, she isn't afraid to try anything. Macklemore live performance was the best, I see Jay and B,, Macklemore is very good when it come to production and creativity! Here are my best dressed.

And no, lies I tell not,,, last year after exams I was so motivated to sketch and try out designs for my label that I will release when the time is out, SOON. So I went and bought t-shirts, cut my denim jacket up, bleached some items, hand- sewed my cap in a very untidy way though lol. Honestly I was looking for hip-hop caps to play with, but at that time I wasn't able to find them so I got baseball old- fashioned and boring plain caps, one grey and the other black. I cut a material that I was given to by a friend, and sewed it onto my jacket and my black cap and I started playing with it. I liked the concept even though it wasn't so neat, and I didn't like the baseball look, it felt like it didn't have much swag, but liked the fact that it looked feminine, well the ones with the rounder shape.
Then last week; to my surprise I saw that baseball caps are coming in fashion, so yaaaay me, my caps do not have to go to waste since its now "cool" lol.  For me the rough dirty looking caps are far sexier than the clean caps.So happy, it is becoming very trendy,get yourself one, fashion forward!!!
